Lander Basterra


Lander Basterra is currently pursuing a Master Degree in Data Science at the University of Virginia. He is also a partner at the Robert Fontaine Gallery in Miami where he focuses on researching the art market, providing guidance and assistance to collectors, and managing emerging artist’s careers.
Basterra has volunteered for Girls Who Code, mentored recent immigrants on Career Advice, and helped to promote the arts in South Florida in various projects. He is passionate about the intersection of art and technology and plans to continue working in this area. Basterra holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Georgia Institute of Technology.
